Set up at the pool will be starting at 4pm on Aug10th. Most of the main set-up will be starting at 12pm in the pool parking lot. Anytime that you can come to help set up the area would be greatly appreciated. Many of us will be setting up throughout the entire day.
You will need to check in with the set-up chairperson and then get your job assigned to you. You will be setting up bike racks, fencing, flags, cones, and tables. Some people may be walking the course to make sure the course is clean and clear of any debris, etc…
